staff was super cooperative. i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a mini fridge bar, a writing table, and iron/ironing board. private bathroom was reasonably large.

This place is truly amazing, and the staff are super friendly. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from a major avenue and a trolley station. Plus, Zamzam Well is only about 2 km away! 😊.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was sparkling clean, and there were excellent hotel facilities such as parking and a lovely terrace. Additionally, we loved the location close to the tram station, making it easy to explore the city from this well-communicated district of Istanbul. The staff were also incredibly helpful and cooperative.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. the young man at the reception was very helpful and cooperative. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There were some issues with the room, such as the lack of a trashcan and a kettle. the walls were thin, so noise from other rooms could be heard.

The WiFi, which could be a bit hit or miss at times. the shower could have been a little more powerful.

The soundproofing between the rooms could be improved.

The hotel staff was friendly and supportive, rooms were clean and equipped with necessary amenities, convenient location near cafes and a supermarket, secure parking and a terrace to relax on.

During our stay at Eresin Hotels Express, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the lobby area. The secure parking also provided peace of mind. Additionally, they were able to provide a cot for our 5-year-old, which was a great convenience. I'll recommend this hotel.
